I am from hot coco.
From snowy Chevy rides
and Yankee candle Christmases.
I am from the bright blue trailer home,
Small, cold, yet warm hearts.
I am from the house with the large Magnolia,
Flowers shedding when autumn came around, filling our yard with its lovely pink gifts.
I’m from digital fireplace Christmases,
From Mommom Engilráð to Grandma Yolanda.
I’m from Iceland and Poland,
Crapes and Keilbasa.
From the old native Indian fables from Poppop Yost.
I am from these photos,
Memories fading, but pictures reminding me of who I was.
I really like how you said, “And Yankee Candle Christmases” reminds me of Nanas house in the Christmas season times
